• who wish to supply LDD on an exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;

• with a dairy farm located within a collection area within the following borders and the Adelaide coastline: a straight line (West to East) from the coast to a location 25km north of our Salisbury site (at 167 Cross Keys Rd, Salisbury South); a line from the point which is 25km north of our Salisbury site to Swan Reach, a line from Swan Reach down to Coonalpyn, a line from Coonalpyn across to Meningie, then a line from Meningie to Cape Jervis;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

Follow Denmark-Mount Barker road south to Denmark, then heading eastward to Albany, along Lower Denmark Road. From Albany, heading north along Albany Highway back to Mount Barker;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 1.5 million;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

• with a dairy farm located in a collection zone commencing 80km south of Bentley (Pinjarra) and extending no further east than the Dwellingup, Harris River and Jarrahwood State Forests in a line south to Busselton with a collection radius in Busselton of no more than 25km from Busselton town centre;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 1.5 million litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 1 million litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

provided that LDD has a demand for milk at the time a farmer offers to enter into this agreement with LDD, with priority being given to farmers who are existing suppliers to LDD.

This Northern Victoria Non-Exclusive Farm Gate Agreement is for the supply period commencing on or after 1 July 2020 to 30 August 2021 and applies to farmers:

• with a dairy farm located in Victoria within:
  • a 100km radius of Strathmerton; or
  • a 40km radius of Tallangatta;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 1 million litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

provided that LDD has a demand for milk at the time a farmer offers to enter into this agreement with LDD, with priority being given to farmers who are existing suppliers to LDD.

This Gippsland Victoria Non-Exclusive Farm Gate Agreement is for the supply period commencing on or after 1 July 2020 to 30 August 2021 and applies to farmers:

• with a dairy farm located within:
  • a 100km radius of our Chelsea manufacturing site at 150 Wells Road, Chelsea Heights, Victoria; or
  • a 100km radius of our Morwell manufacturing site at Cnr National Rd And Princes Hwy, Morwell, Victoria;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 1 million litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

  • a 40km radius of Tamworth;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);

• with a dairy farm located in New South Wales within:
  • a 50km radius of Hexham town centre;
  • a 30km distance either side of the New England Highway (A15) travelling between Branxton and Scone; or
  • a 15km radius of Denman town centre;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

• with a dairy farm located in New South Wales within:
  • A region within the following borders: a straight line (West to East) from the coast to our Penrith site at 2257 Castlereagh Rd Penrith 2750; a line from our Penrith Site down to Bowral, a line from Bowral to Nowra and then a straight line from Nowra directly East to the coast; or
  • A 30km radius of Bowral town centre; or
  • A 20km radius of Nowra town centre;
• who wish to supply LDD on a non-exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;

• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

provided that LDD has a demand for milk at the time a farmer offers to enter into this agreement with LDD, with priority being given to farmers who are existing suppliers to LDD.

This Sydney to South Coast New South Wales Exclusive Farm Gate Agreement is for the supply period commencing on or after 1 July 2020 to 30 August 2021 and applies to farmers:

• with a dairy farm located in New South Wales within:
  • A region within the following borders: a straight line (West to East) from the coast to our Penrith site at 2257 Castlereagh Rd Penrith 2750; a line from our Penrith Site down to Bowral, a line from Bowral to Nowra and then a straight line from Nowra directly East to the coast; or
  • A 30km radius of Bowral town centre; or
  • A 20km radius of Nowra town centre;
• who wish to supply LDD on an exclusive basis;
• that can supply LDD with an annual volume greater than 750,000 litres;
• that can supply milk of Grade 1 quality (TPC <10,000 cfu/mL and SCC <200,000 cells/ml);
• that have demonstrated compliance with LDD’s milk supply policy (if they have supplied LDD before) or are able to demonstrate that they can comply with LDD’s milk supply policy;

provided that LDD has a demand for milk at the time a farmer offers to enter into this agreement with LDD, with priority being given to farmers who are existing suppliers to LDD.
